Do you work with a fixed price?
For most jobs we provide a fixed price or a clear quote in advance, so you are never surprised. For faults we work with an hourly rate plus call-out costs.
How quickly can you come by?
We can often come by the same week, and for emergencies often the same day. Our 24/7 emergency service is available for urgent faults.
Are you certified?
Yes. All our work is carried out according to the applicable standards and we are fully insured. On request we provide an inspection report.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Certainly. Our installation work comes with a warranty and the materials used fall under the manufacturer warranty. We discuss the exact terms in advance.
